Wrapping paper box with 10 different patterns

We ship all over Italy by express courier. Delivery is estimated at one / two working days from the time of shipment. All shipments are traceable at any time. The tracking code will be communicated at the time of shipment.

Products with immediate availability will be delivered within the deadline indicated in the e-mail confirming acceptance of the purchase proposal, and in any case no later than 5 working days from the sending of the confirmation e-mail.

As a partial exception to the above, if the products purchased are shipped to the Customer directly by one of our suppliers, Loris of Florence reserves the right to deliver the order with different times and delivery services - however within a maximum of 15 days. This choice will be communicated in advance and will not entail any additional cost for the Customer.

For special orders the delivery methods will be communicated upon confirmation of acceptance of the purchase proposal.

The Customer is required to verify that the products received correspond to those of the order placed. If the delivered products are defective, the Customer must contact Loris of Florence within 48 hours from delivery by sending an e-mail to the address info@lorisofflorence.com.

The e-mail must contain:

• the number and details of the order
• the date of purchase
• the reason for the return
• photos of the defects found

Loris of Florence will send a confirmation e-mail with the instructions for the return and the shipping address.

All payments are inclusive of VAT (Italy and EU Member States), local duties and taxes (United States) and are made in the currency displayed at the time of purchase, for the exact amount displayed. No other amount will be due upon delivery.

For direct orders to Japan, China, Malaysia, South Korea, Singapore and Australia local duties and taxes may be required upon delivery.

It is the Customer's responsibility to check that the shipping address specified at the time of the order is correct and to notify us of any errors or changes as soon as possible.
